Buy your admission ticket now from the Ticket Shop. Your receipt will be sent to you by mail.
Once you have completed your order, your admission ticket will be available for you to download and print. Please print-out the Ticket in original size in black-and-white and bring it with you to the trade fair. This saves you time at the box office and at registration.
Please note that the e-ticket is personalized and non-transferable. It is only valid in conjunction with a valid photo ID. For a return of goods the revocation information for end-consumers applies in accordance with Section 7 of our General Terms and Conditions.
How to buy tickets
You can pay for the tickets either by credit card or using PayPal.
Payment by direct debit will no longer be possible.
First register at the Ticket Shop. In the column on the left-hand side, you will find the function “Redeem voucher”. Enter the code printed on the voucher in the corresponding field.
Please note that vouchers are always assigned to a certain type of admission ticket, e.g. voucher for day ticket (see note on the voucher).
For the duration of the MESSE, all admission tickets and trade fair passes that display the symbol of the Rhein-Sieg Transit Authority (VRS) are valid for free travel to and from Koelnmesse on buses, S-Bahns (commuter trains), underground trains, and regional trains within the extended VRS network. They are only valid for travel to and from the Koelnmesse exhibition centre. Not included are Deutsche Bahn trains that are subject to a supplementary charge, such as IC/EC and ICE trains.
