Accredition: the following is required for the accreditation of journalists: a valid official journalists' pass or a copy of the current imprint of a newspaper or magazine in which the journalist is listed as a member of the editorial staff or as a freelance writer or a current written confirmation by the commissioning editorial office
- Press releases, lists of new products and product information of exhibitors

Image Database with photos in ready-to-print quality on Internet
- Photostats, lockers, telefax,internet connection
Press Car Park:
General parking below the Gran Via venue: All journalists will have their parking ticket stamped at the press centre and will get free parking afterwards.
