New, improved or modified products are of particular interest to the media. To make it easier for journalists to learn about interesting innovations, Koelnmesse is publishing a list of the new products to be launched at CARBON EXPO 2008. In addition, your innovations will not only be made available to the media in print version, we will also publish them on our homepage on the Internet.

The deadline for submission of your new products descriptions is Friday, 25th April 2008. Any new product information reaching us after this date cannot be included.

• The new products descriptions submitted by the exhibitors are edited by our team, and both in the run-up to, as well as during the fair, this information is made available to journalists. Please submit your information to us in a specific product description of about 30 lines. The editorial closing date is 25th April 2008. Koelnmesse reserves the right to make a selection.
• For every new products description we require:
  - details on the exhibiting company
  - the product description  
  - if necessary, a �not for publication before� reference
  - the press contact, and   
  - if necessary, references to the presence of VIPs, special guests and further attractions.
• The description of the respective new product at the fair should not exceed the length given in the form.
• The new products description should not contain any key words, but be a full, factual and informative text, possibly complemented by a photograph or graphics.
• You can send us your new products text(s) in German and English.
• Important: as additional supporting material for the editor, we would be delighted to receive digital photos, brochures or information sheets on the new product.
• If you do not wish publication before a certain date, please notify us of the corresponding date.
