They convene thought leadership forums and create energy industry partnerships to communicate the economic, security and environmental benefits of renewable energy.
BUSINESSEUROPE
BUSINESSEUROPE plays a crucial role in Europe as the main horizontal business organisation at EU level. Through its 41 member federations, BUSINESSEUROPE represents more than 20 million companies from 35 countries. Its main task is to ensure that companies' interests are represented and defended vis-à-vis the European institutions with the principal aim of preserving and strengthening corporate competitiveness.

Eurelectric
The Union of the Electricity Industry - EURELECTRIC is the sector association which represents the common interests of the whole electricity industry at pan-European level, plus its affiliates and associates on several other continents. EURELECTRIC's mission is to contribute to the development and competitiveness of the electricity industry, to provide effective representation for the industry in public affairs and to promote the role of a low-carbon electricity mix in the advancement of society.
Inter-American Development Bank (IDB)
IDB support efforts by Latin America and the Caribbean countries to reduce poverty and inequality. IDB aims to bring about development in a sustainable, climate-friendly way.
Established in 1959, they are the leading source of development financing for Latin America and the Caribbean, with a strong commitment to achieve measurable results, increasedintegrity, transparency and accountability. IDB has an evolving reform agenda that seeks to increase our development impact in the region.
International Chamber of Commerce (ICC)
ICC is - and has been throughout its long existence - a steadfast rallying point for those who believe, like our founders, that strengthening commercial ties among nations is not only good for business but good for global living standards and good for peace. To that end, ICC provides a forum for businesses and other organizations to examine and better comprehend the nature and significance of the major shifts taking place in the world economy.
International Council on Mining and Metals (ICMM)
The ICMM was founded in 2001 to improve sustainable development performance in the mining and metals industry. Today, they bring together 22 mining and metals companies as well as 34 national and regional mining associations and global commodity associations to address core sustainable development challenges. ICMM now serves as an agent for change and continual improvement on issues relating to mining and sustainable development.
