If you are traveling to our fair from a country whose citizens require a visa for Spain, you will need an official letter from Fira de Barcelona. In order for us to formulate this letter as precisely as possible, you must provide us with various details.

Please complete all of the points listed in the enclosed form. We will send you the official letter by email and will also forward a copy to the nearest Spanish consulate in your country.

Please inquire about the entry requirements applicable to you (e.g. visa requirement) in good time before you come to the event and carry out the necessary formalities yourself. Fira de Barcelona will accept no responsibility if you do not receive a visa, do not receive it on time, or if you are unable to travel to the event due to other reasons.
