Please note that participants from developing countries, NGO's, Students & Academia, Supporting Organizations & IETA Members will need to require a special discount code in order to get the reduced participants fees. As soon as the ticket shop is open, we will publish the information on how to proceed.

For which day is the 1 day ticket valid?

There are two ways to choose the day on which your 1 day ticket will be valid:

- Online. If you want to specify the day on which you will attend the event, you can enter the day in the corresponding field on your registration form and your ticket will be valid for that day. If you do not know what day you are coming, leave the field blank.

- On-site. If you have not entered the day online, the 1 day ticket will be valid on the day you visit the event and exchange your locator number for the printed pass.

I have already registered; can I change the ticket type?

You can change your pass type whenever you like provided that this is to a higher category.

I have a discount code, how can I find out for which type of pass it is valid?

Log on to the Visitors' Area of the event website and enter the discount code in the 'Registration type' page. Click 'Validate code' and the pass for which it is valid and the discounted price will be automatically selected.

How can I access my invoice?

If you requested your invoice during the registration process, log on to the Visitors' Area of the event website and it will always be available in the 'Invoice' section.

I have already registered; can I request my invoice now?

If you did not request an invoice during the registration process, you can do so by contacting the event: +34 93 200 20 00 | [email protected]

Can I modify my registration details?

You can modify your registration details by logging on to the Visitors' Area of the event website. In the 'Data' section you can modify your contact and company details and your email and password.

I have already registered; how can I access my locator number to print it?

You can print your locator number by logging on to the Visitors' Area of the event website and clicking 'Print locator' in the 'Visit' section.
