By clicking on a link on the “Photos” page, you can access the Koelnmesse image database, which offers a selection of up-to-date photographs.
Up to 25 photos are displayed per page. To move from the page you are viewing to the next page, click on the black triangle on the button “Page 1 of x” in the header.

If you require only a preview image (not print quality!), you need only to double-click on the desired photo and save it, if desired, by using the procedure appropriate for your computer.

Using the shopping-cart function, you can download one or more print-quality photos free of charge.

To select a photograph for the shopping cart, click on the shopping-cart icon next to the photo. When the color of the icon turns to orange, the photo has been placed in the shopping cart. This function can also be performed by clicking the box at the bottom left of the image (a check mark will appear) and using the main shopping-cart icon in the header.

To switch to the shopping cart, click on “shopping cart” in the page header. Here you indicate your final choice by individually marking the desired photographs by clicking the box next to the photo. As an alternative, you can use the “select all” button.

To download the photos, click on the diskette symbol. You will now be prompted by your computer to select a name for the ZIP file and the location to which you would like to save the photos. The photos will then be downloaded to that location. Your computer will need to be equipped with suitable software (e.g., WinZip) to decompress the files.

If a photo has accompanying texts, they will be automatically downloaded together with the corresponding photograph. By clicking on the “i” icon, you can view an excerpt from these texts in the description of the photographs.

If you would like to search the photos for specific text content, use the “Search” function in the header.
