If you ask a photographer or a video team to conduct photo/video shoots on your stand, you must provide the personnel contracted by your company with admission tickets and notify Koelnmesse’s Security Office.
This procedure does not apply if you commission the Fotografen-Innung Köln (Cologne Photographers’ Guild) with your photo and video requirements – they are represented at the exhibition centre, with Cologne office.
